Description
An 8.5 × 5.0 × 0.8 in (21.5 × 12.8 × 2 cm) rectangular serving tray in wood, for carrying tea or coffee to a table and then staying out as a place to gather cups, a candle or a small plant rather than being put away.
Hand wash only. Wipe it down with a dry cloth and keep it out of standing water, which warps the wood; a wood wax oil will keep the surface from drying out.
- Rectangular format — carries a pot and cups without crowding them together
- Wood-grain finish — dark tone, with grain varying from piece to piece
- Doubles as a catch-all — works on a coffee table or a dresser between uses
- Wax-oil maintenance — the finish can be refreshed rather than replaced
Measurements are taken by hand and can vary by up to ⅓ in (1 cm).
Muto Space chooses pieces that make a workspace calmer to sit in. A tray is what turns a scatter of cups into one thing you can pick up.
